Bob and Jim Johnson have dealt in classic, exotic and special interest automobiles for over 41 years.  We first saw a TOW JACK at a World of Wheels show in Denver, Colorado in 1986.  We immediately purchased one.  We simply couldn't pass up an opportunity to own a truly mobile hoist (over the road not on casters) that could be utilized practically anywhere there is a reasonably flat piece of ground.  We had considered a permanently installed hoist but it would not be practical for our shop.  The TOW JACK is completely mobile so it can be used in or out of doors.  This met our needs perfectly.  Other hoists claim to be mobile by utilizing casters to move it around the shop. The TOW JACK is the only mobile hoist that can be legally towed over the road. In addition, its built in 12 volt power supply allows both the TOW JACK AND TRAILER JACK to be used where no other power supply exists.

Many of the people that saw our TOW JACK wanted one.  We became a Dealer in 1987 and subsequently bought the company in 1988.
